How the care request assistant continues
Type of care and place
You choose the postcode and see whether participating care providers can be reached there. We do not need street or house number.
Create an account or sign in
Free of charge, with your email address. In the same browser, type of care and postcode are already filled in.
Describe and post the need
Start, the help needed and the care level, if known. Then you post the request deliberately.
Data protection for your request
The request is posted pseudonymised – without name, address or date of birth. The details of the need are still health data and therefore stay in the protected portal only.
The link to the portal only takes the chosen type of care from this page. A provider only sees your phone number and email address once you have selected it.
What does the request cost?
For private individuals and relatives, registration and request are free of charge. “Free of charge” refers only to Pflege Patienten: what the care itself costs and which services your long-term care or health insurance covers, you clarify with the provider and your insurance fund.
Not an emergency service
Pflege Patienten is not an emergency or acute care service. In an emergency dial 112; outside surgery hours you can reach the medical on-call service on 116 117.
