Handle admission requests for your care facility in a structured way
Show which types of care your location offers. Review requests for residential or day and night care, as far as they match your profile.
Care home, short-term care, day care: requests based on your criteria
Schematic excerpts, not real requests: you are only notified of care needs that match the type of care, service area and admission requirements of your facility.

What you learn before an admission
For every care need you see, among other things, start and planned discharge, care level, age group and the care situation – pseudonymised, without name, address or date of birth. You exchange these directly with the posting party after the selection.
Your location decides itself whether a request fits professionally and organisationally. An expression of interest is not yet a binding admission commitment.
Respond instead of calling back
Review the request
New care needs appear in the portal under “New”; your team sees what is already in progress.
Ask or express interest
You clarify open points as a message at the care need. Interest is not yet an admission commitment.
Confirm the admission
If the posting party selects your facility together with the person concerned, you confirm the admission.
Deadlines, team and occupancy
If your facility is selected, the platform sends a reminder to confirm after 24 hours; after 48 hours the selection expires so that the posting party can keep searching.
Nursing management, home management and administration work with their own accesses and roles. Notes on the case stay in your team, and you set deputies yourself. For several locations of an operator or association, talk to us – we will make you an offer.
Pflege Patienten is designed for the step between request and admission commitment. Occupancy planning, home administration and care documentation remain in your existing systems.
Posting care needs yourself
If you cannot take on or continue care, post the open need free of charge – with the same access. The location subscription only concerns taking on care.
Costs and start of payment
One subscription per facility
The location subscription costs €99.00 plus VAT per location per month.
You take it out with the first confirmed expression of interest by your location, after explicitly confirming price and terms.
Invoice and cancellation
Monthly invoice as a PDF, payment term 14 days, no direct debit; cancellable at the end of the current contract month. Questions and refusals do not start a subscription.
Questions from care facilities
Does Pflege Patienten replace our occupancy planning or care documentation?
No. Pflege Patienten only supports the step from the request to the agreed acceptance. You continue to manage occupancy, care home administration and care documentation in your existing systems.
What do we do if no place is available at the moment?
With ‘No capacity until …’ you mute the emails about new care needs for that period. In the portal you can still view care needs and also decline them; no answer does not count as declining.
How long does a request stay open?
Until an acceptance is agreed. If no acceptance has been agreed for any service after 14 days, the care need is closed as ‘not placed’; the referring organisation receives an advance warning on day 11. If your facility is selected, the platform sends a reminder to confirm after 24 hours, and the selection expires after 48 hours.
What does ‘per location’ mean?
A location is the operating site from which your organisation provides care and for which it defines its service area. Several members of staff at one location do not need an additional location subscription. Three locations that accept care need three location subscriptions; the list price applies per location. For several locations of an operator or association, get in touch – we will make you an offer. Posting your own care needs free of charge is not affected by this.
Will we receive a certain number of patients?
No. There is no guaranteed number of requests, responses or acceptances. The benefit depends on which care needs are posted in your region.
Register your care facility
Registration is free of charge. We are happy to answer questions about participation in your region.
