Location subscription
The location subscription costs €99.00 plus VAT per location per month.
You take it out with the first confirmed expression of interest by your location, after explicitly confirming the price and contract terms.
Invoice and cancellation
Invoice as a PDF, payment term 14 days, no direct debit. Cancellable at the end of the current contract month. Questions and refusals do not start a subscription.

Home care services: services, rounds and individual services
You review care at home in your service area and take on the entire care or individual services such as medical treatment care or housekeeping.

Questions from home care services and care providers
Can we offer only certain services?
Yes. You review the posted care need and express interest in the services that you can actually provide. This does not oblige you to take on other service categories.
Do questions or declines cost anything?
No. Questions and declines are also possible without a location subscription and do not start a subscription. The location subscription only starts with the first expression of interest by your location – after you have expressly confirmed the price and the contract terms.
Do we pay per member of staff or per acceptance?
No. The price applies per location – not per member of staff and not per patient placed.
Will we receive a certain number of patients?
No. There is no guaranteed number of requests, responses or acceptances. The benefit depends on which care needs are posted in your region.
